How do I know if I need a rebrand or just a refresh?
If your brand feels inconsistent, dated, or doesn’t reflect where your business is going, a rebrand might be the right move. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Design for your business is an important investment, so packages come with flexible payment options, which we can tailor to suit your timeline and budget.

I already have a logo. Can I still work with you?
If your existing logo is well designed and strong enough to build from, we may be able to work with it and develop the rest of your brand around it. But if it doesn’t reflect where your business is heading, we’ll likely need to start with a brand refresh. I’ll always give you honest feedback and recommend the option that sets your brand up for long-term success.

How involved do I need to be in the process?
We love providing a clear and collaborative process so you’ll be involved right from the jump. We start with a strategy phase so I can get to know your business and goals. From there, you’ll review creative directions, give feedback, and approve final concepts. You’re never left wondering what’s happening, and we’ll guide you through each step.

What platforms do you build websites on?
We design on Squarespace and Shopify. The right platform depends on your business goals, whether you're selling products, booking services, or sharing information. With Squarespace and Shopify, I am able to hand over a site that’s both custom to your brand and easy to maintain. Learn more about our website packages here.

Do you write the copy too?
Yes, we offer website copywriting as an add-on. It’s a good fit if you want help shaping your message and making sure your words reflect your brand’s tone and style. For SEO copywriting, we start with keyword research to understand what your audience is searching for, then write clear, on-brand content that speaks to both your customers and search engines. It’s all about finding the balance between connection and visibility.

Do you offer SEO as part of your website packages?
Yes. Our website projects include foundational SEO setup, like image optimisation, meta descriptions, heading structure, and sitemap submission. We also offer a more in-depth SEO add-on if you want a stronger search presence.

Can I update my website myself after it’s live?
Yes. You’ll receive a custom training video (or a live session if needed) that walks you through how to make edits and manage your site moving forward.

What if I need updates or new designs later?
Many of our clients come back for other design bits and pieces…which we love! We offer design retainers and one-off design days so you can keep your brand looking sharp as your business evolves. Whether it’s new custom templates, a brochure, packaging, or an update to your site, we can help with that.

How much does it cost to work with you?
It depends on the scope of your project. Branding can range from 3-6k, and full brand and website packages start from $6k. We also offer smaller intensives and design add-ons. After we chat about your goals, we’ll create a proposal with pricing, inclusions, and payment options.

How do I know I will like what you create?
We always start with strategy. Before any design begins, we dive into your brand goals, audience, and vision so the creative work is grounded in purpose. For branding projects, you'll choose from creative directions before we refine your final concept. For collateral or packaging, you receive a proof of concept so we’re aligned from the start. With websites, you’ll review a draft layout before anything is built. Revision rounds are built into every project, so we have space to tweak and fine-tune until it feels right. You’re involved throughout, and never left guessing.

How do I get started?
