On the work with us page you’ll find a booking calendar where you can book in a call to discuss your brand design project. We will then send you a proposal. Upon acceptance and payment of your first installment, you'll be booked in! You'll receive an informative Welcome Guide and be welcomed into your very own client portal, where we'll collaborate to create a stunning visual identity for your brand.

Once you are in the client portal you’ll fill out a comprehensive questionnaire to share your business vision, goals, and aesthetic preferences. We will then get on a strategy call to delve into your brand's creative potential and direction.

Before any brand design begins, we'll guide you through a strategic process to uncover your core vision through strategic questioning about your business, audience and goals. We'll then develop a clear creative direction aligned with that vision. Your dedicated brand designer Tanya will ensure the final aesthetic perfectly captures your brand's heart and resonates with your ideal customers. This collaborative process guarantees a cohesive, representative brand identity.

You'll receive a primary concept embodying your creative direction, featuring all custom brand elements and mockups to visualize its real-world aesthetic. Once you've reviewed the primary concept, you'll have the chance to request two rounds of refinements to ensure it aligns perfectly with your vision.

Once design refinements are finalized, we'll seamlessly transition to the file handoff stage for your logo design & branding package. Here, you'll receive all necessary logo files, brand identity guidelines, and visual assets organized for easy integration across your website, social media, and marketing materials. With your branding ready to launch, we'll work closely to ensure a smooth and impactful brand design debut. You’ll receive guidance and support to make your new visual identity stand out, showcasing the power of a thoughtfully designed brand.
